We offers our customers a 7 (Seven) day money back guarantee, if there any serious technical issues found in purchased plugin that can’t be resolved.

We Issue Refund if:

(Before your refund is granted, you should let us to try aiming to solve the problem related to your purchased product by opening a support ticket.)

  • If we are not completely able to solve the issue, willingly we will refund the money.
  • If MI PLUGINS support team unable to fix your problem.
  • If the purchased product has stopped working, displaying or functioning as like we described to its details. Or it seems broken after the installation process.

We do not issue refunds if:

  • If that found the host you using doesn’t meet the requirement of WordPress or else it denied to update the PHP, MISQL version.
  • If you decided to sudden change in your mind.
  • If you decided that, you will not use our products.
  • If you find that the product doesn’t suit your needs that you want now. (Our demo site and descriptions are very explanatory of our products)
  • If you face the any situation that script conflicts with any other 3rd party software installed or connected on your website.
  • Refunds will not be granted if the item was purchased for evaluation purposes.
  • If the refund requests made after 30 (thirty) days from the purchase date, it will not be given.

Please note that, license should be deactivated on the purchaser’s website before the refund process is made.
